CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE

PROGRESSIVE DIE SETTER/OPERATOR

Essential Functions Include:

Operation and control of automatic power presses using progressive dies, setup and adjustment of coil feeder/flatner cradles, and reels.

Loading and unloading of coil feeders with jib crane and/or forklift

Monitoring product quality at interval inspections and completes required documentation

Working knowledge or process experience with progressive tooling and Must be able to operate a forklift.

Understands and complies with safety requirements including LO/TO, cages, light curtains, etc.

 

TOOL & DIE MAKER

Essential Functions include:

Knowledge of building progressive and single hit dies

Basic blueprint reading ability

Ability to troubleshoot die issues

Experience with vertical mills, lathes, surface grinders, etc.

Must provide own tools

   

GENERAL MACHINE OPERATOR

Essential Functions Include:

Operation and control of various types of machinery inluding but not limited to: Thermoformers, Foamers, Band Saws, Drill Presses, Shears, Routers, and various small Presses.

Monitoring product quality at interval inspections and completes required documentation.

Understand and complies with various safety requirements.



Other Qualifications for All Positions Include:

High School Diploma preferred or equivalents, and/or able to follow written or oral communication

Able to work in a team environment and work overtime when posted.

Basic math skills and ability to read tape measure, digital calipers, and steel rule.
