Custom Processors of Urethane Foams

Our Plastics Division is designed to service a wide variety of industries with virtually any custom-foaming product. Urethane foaming provides the benefit of structural integrity, insulation, aesthetics and, in some applications, floatation capabilities. All of these qualities enhance the value of the final product. We can provide any quantity - a one-of-a-kind prototype or a million identical pieces.

Polyurethane material is provided in a variety of custom colors, in addition to our standard offering of white or black. We also provide ultraviolet-enhanced polyurethane foam, if requested.

Urethane foam products are offered in custom-formulated densities to meet desired product characteristics, including:

Flexible (seating foam)

Rigid (flotation foam)

Self-skinning (custom-formulated skin thicknesses)

As with all of our metal and plastic products, we manufacture our urethane foam products using high-grade materials. Value-added options include fabrication, thermoforming, assembly, stamping and metal fabricated inserts. PENZ will recommend and provide the tooling and materials that will best fit a particular product. We will build or use existing tooling and, if necessary, adapt the tools to our foaming machines.

Another advantage of our operation is our other services, including our in-house tool and die capabilities, plus our own pattern shop where we make our own patterns, molds, fixtures and prototypes.
